Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent Payment Solutions

Location: Athens (Hybrid or Fully Remote in Greece)
Start Date: 3 November 2025

Interview Deadline: 22 October 2025

Salary: 1500 EUR gross/month

Monthly Performance Bonus up to: 170 EUR

Schedule: Monday-Sunday 10:00-19:00

Contract Type: Permanent Fully Paid Training (28 working days)


About the Project

Join a global leader in digital payments empowering millions of users to send and receive money securely across borders. As part of our Dutch-speaking customer support team youll be the voice behind the platform guiding customers through transactions resolving issues and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Your Mission

As a Customer Service Agent youll handle inquiries through phone email chat and social media ensuring fast empathetic and accurate support. This role blends customer care (70%) and technical assistance (30%) giving you a dynamic and rewarding day-to-day experience.

What Youll Do

  • Provide first-class support to Dutch-speaking users via multiple channels.

  • Handle questions like:
    • How do I transfer money or request a refund

    • How do I remove an account limitation

    • What should I do if I have a problem with a purchase

  • Guide customers through the Buyer Protection process and Resolution Center.

  • Verify account details help detect phishing attempts and educate users on safety.

  • Maintain accurate data using internal systems while managing several screens simultaneously.

  • Work with sensitive financial information responsibly and confidentially.

  • Build strong customer rapport identify needs and act promptly to resolve issues.


What You Bring

  • Native Dutch speaker with good English communication skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills active listening clarity and proper grammar are key.

  • A well-developed sense of urgency reliability and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with multitasking across systems and learning new tools.

  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in a call center or financial services environment.
