Job Summary
We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join our eCommerce team on a 12 Month FTC! Based at Next Head Office in Enderby Leicestershire with a competitive salary range and great benefits!

The CRM team within Digital Marketing at NEXT is predominantly responsible for Email Loyalty and On-Site marketing and to help deliver a best-in-class CRM Marketing service across our UK and International sites.
About The Role:
As an Email Marketing Executive you will play a key role in driving engaging high-impact email campaigns for our UK and international customers. Working closely with the Digital Communications Lead youll be part of a dynamic fast-paced marketing team supporting CRM initiatives across the business. Youll bring a sharp eye for detail a problem solving mindset and a passion for delivering results that build customer loyalty and fuel growth.
What else is involved
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including the set-up scheduling and deployment of one-time recurring and triggered campaigns.
- Help execute the email strategy and test plans.
- Work closely with the key teams/stakeholders to create campaigns to increase sales drive recruitment and retention.
- Analyse performance of email marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development.
- Reporting on sales revenues generated through email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with day-to-day administration tasks.
- Build relationships with the relevant stakeholders (Trade Managers Regional Managers as appropriate)

About You:
- Email marketing experience is essential.
- Self-motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Experience of utilising CRM / email service platform/s such as Bloomreach.
- Experience working with HTML is an advantage.
- Aptitude for attention to detail.
- Able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly.
- Effective team player with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate level user of Excel/Sheets.
- Marketing experience ideally gained in a retail environment.
