Were looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Business Lecturer who can bring fresh ideas inspire learners and contribute to the continued growth and innovation of our curriculum.

What Youll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Business and Management programmes.
• Act as a Programme Lecturer supporting students through their academic journey.
• Develop and assess learning materials ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Monitor student progress attendance and achievement using data to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to enhance the student experience and support work placements.

Essential Criteria

• A relevant degree in Business or a related subject.
• A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English.
• Strong subject knowledge in Business Enterprise Finance and Management.
• Proven teaching ability or potential to deliver outstanding lessons.
