Disability Support Workers Westminster and Mt Pleasant (Perth WA)

We are looking for Disability Support Workers who can work across both our Westminster and Mt Pleasant sites.
AtLifestyle Solutions we believe in empowering people with disabilities to live life on their terms. As aSupport Worker youll play a vital role in helping our participants build independence confidence and connectionboth at home and in the community.
Own It How We Get the Job Done
Youll support participants through:
- Mentoring & skill development explore hobbies and personal interests
- Coaching independent living skills cooking domestic tasks social engagement
- Medication supportand adherence to individual plans
- Clear documentation handovers and incident reports
- Personal care toileting showering feeding dressing
- Community engagement recreational activities and cultural inclusion
Make It Matter What You Bring
- Strong communication skills with verbal & non-verbal customers
- Current full drivers licence
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are a bonus!
