We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our Lafayette team. What Youll Get

Income with growth and security
Start with a guaranteed salary during training then earn a strong base pay plus commission and bonuses. We even offer income guarantees so you can focus on learning and building your career.

Bonuses that count

Employees enjoy both an annual Christmas bonus and an annual vacation bonus each averaging around $1700.

Company Car Program
Sell 15 vehicles per month for 90 days and earn the use of a company car. (Eligibility: must be at least 24 years old and employed for a minimum of one year.)

Training and Development
Enjoy a paid eight week onboarding program ongoing coaching and a clear path for advancement. Many of our consultants grow into leadership roles and reach six figures within a few years.

What Youll Do

• Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism

• Lead test drives and help guests find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle

• Follow up with clients through calls texts email and social media

• Build lasting relationships and market yourself in the community

• Stay involved through meetings training and local events
