Job Summary

Speridian Technologies is seeking a part-time ServiceNow Tester! This is for our client a State of CA Agency. You can work remotely anywhere in the USA as long as you can work Pacific time hours. If you meet the requirements below we encourage you to apply.

This is an hourly part-time consulting role. The projected start date is early November through June 2026.
We can not sponsor Visas for this role. No agencies please.

Job Duties:

Design develop and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests.
Create and maintain clear test cases test data and traceability to requirements.
Validate UI/UX behavior accessibility basics and responsiveness across channels (portal/workspace/native).
Perform functional regression and smoke testing across CSM/ITSM/PSDS flows and ESC Pro Government Service portal experiences.
Document defects with reproducible steps; collaborate with dev/product for timely closure.
Report testing status risks and coverage; contribute to UAT support.

Requirements:

3 years testing on ServiceNow (CSM/ITSM required; PSDS and ESC Pro strongly preferred).
Hands-on ATF experience (authoring data setup maintenance CI integration is a plus).
Strong understanding of personas fulfiller roles/skills and multi-workspace validation custom application testing
Excellent documentation skills; detail-oriented organized and proactive communicator.

Nice to have:

Experience with CSM Workspaces Record Producers Catalog Items User Criteria and ACLs.
Familiarity with Performance Analytics VA Flow Designer and UI Builder. External User registration process validations.
Exposure to accessibility (WCAG basics) and cross-browser testing.
ISTQB or ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CIS: CSM/ITSM Micro-cert: ATF/PA/UI Builder).
