Job Description Summary

Join Cushman & Wakefields dynamic Procurement team as a Procurement Analyst supporting sourcing data analysis and vendor management activities for our Thailand operations. This role plays a key part in optimizing procurement performance ensuring cost efficiency compliance and excellence in supplier partnerships across multiple categories and projects.

Job Description

About the Role:

Support end-to-end procurement operations from vendor evaluation and contract review to purchase order management and performance tracking.
Conduct data analysis and reporting to monitor procurement efficiency identify trends and provide insights for cost optimization and process improvement.
Assist in drafting reviewing and maintaining procurement documentation including contracts pricing tables and supplier agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs vendor capabilities and procurement policies.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with regional procurement teams ensuring compliance with global standards and timely delivery of goods and services.

About You:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Logistics Finance or a related field.
Minimum 23 years experience in procurement sourcing or vendor management within a multinational or corporate environment.
Strong understanding of procurement systems contracts and invoicing workflows (experience with Excel Power BI or ERP platforms would be an advantage).
Excellent negotiation communication (Thai & English) and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse internal and external partners.
Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
