We are seeking a highly commercial business-oriented and results-driven AI & Data Solutions Senior Manager who will act as the commercial powerhouse behind BMSs digital transformation - championing data-driven change driving competitive advantage and empowering commercial teams to deliver breakthrough impact in sales medical marketing and market access.

The Senior Manager AI & Data Solutions will be at the heart of bridging commercial strategy with technology.

With a sharp commercial mindset and technical vision this person will turn business challenges into game - changing opportunities - deploying AI data and advanced analytics to accelerate growth elevate customer experience and reimagine how we deliver value across the pharmaceutical ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enabling data-driven decision-making across all commercial functions by deploying technology to translate complex data into clear commercial insights that inform strategic choices and priorities.

• Pinpointing high-value business challenges and translate them into innovative data & AI strategies to enhance market differentiation customer engagement and revenue generation.

• Developing and execute a forward-looking data strategy that harnesses multiple internal and external data sources for deeper business understanding and competitive advantage.

• Leading the automation of data integration processing analytics and reportingensuring seamless data flow scalability and efficiency.

• Designing and deploying advanced analytics platforms for commercial teams eliminating manual processes and empowering faster smarter decisions.

• Championing the evolution of analytics maturitymoving the organization from descriptive analytics (what happened) to predictive analytics (what will happen) through AI and machine learning solutions.

• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of deployed AI & data solutions recommending enhancements for greater business impact and commercial success.

• Building trusted collaborative partnerships with commercial business leaders positioning yourself as a commercial technology advisor with deep business acumen.

• Anticipating future trends and pioneer commercial AI & data pilots that deliver sustained market-leading impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MS PhD or equivalent advanced degree of relevance in economics IT and/or digital in health

• 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Good verbal and written communication skills (both in English and local language)

• Expertise in driving data transformation within commercial organization and delivering actionable data-led insights as well as AI-based solutions

• Strong project management skills

• Skilled in Power BI Veeva Salesforce GenAI

• Successful track record of leading through influence and working across complex global organizational matrices

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential site-by-design field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
