WHAT THE ROLE DELIVERS

Perform in process and final lot testing of plant product and compare against testing plans & test incoming raw materials against inspection measuring and test equipment and perform verifications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Follow safety and environmental standards of the Company.

Maintain a clean lab that promotes safe accurate and efficient completion of quality tasks.

Assure material is of acceptable quality by performing necessary lab tests/ inspections.

Review analytical results to determine they are meaningful accurate and completed in accordance

with the Control Plan.

Advise Production staff when quality does not meet specifications or is trending in an undesirable

direction.

Maintain the integrity of all quality testing by ensuring cleanliness and utilizing appropriate standards.

Operating knowledge of all lab equipment including computer equipment & software.

Perform special tests & inspections as directed.

Inspect incoming material as described by procedure.

Write legibly on critical inspection and testing records.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
