Location: Mason City IA Osage IA Nora Springs IA
Schedule: 12-hour shifts - Nights: Saturday Night Sunday Night Monday Night Tuesday Night (3 shifts per 4-day block)
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
One Vision is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Floater to provide compassionate flexible support across multiple residential sites in our Mason City Osage and Nora Springs homes. This role is perfect for experienced professionals who want variety in their schedule and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What Youll Do:
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in daily living activities: hygiene meals housekeeping laundry and medication self-administration
Foster independence and community involvement by assisting with outings appointments grocery shopping and budgeting
Build meaningful relationships and advocate for personal choice and dignity
Complete documentation and communication logs using basic computer skills
What You Need:
Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
Ability to lift bend kneel and provide physical assistance as needed
Must pass a background check and drug screening
