Join a well-established private practice in Surprise Arizonaserving the community since 1994! Were looking for a personable and patient-focused Optometrist who enjoys building lasting relationships and practicing full-scope Optometry with a strong medical component.

DETAILS

4-day work week
Monday-Thursday
Hours: 9am-5pm
No Nights No Weekends!
See 9-12 patients a day on average plenty of time to build lasting relationships with patients and deliver quality care
Updated NEW technology including Optos OCT Visual Field!
Full-scope Optometry with a heavy medical focus
Must be comfortable with medical billing
Tech support provided

COMPENSATION BENEFITS

Daily Rate: $600/day
Healthcare Reimbursement: Up to $250/month stipend
Time Off: 14 days PTO paid holidays (Christmas Thanksgiving New Years Day)
