Job Summary
Job Description:
As a Senior Analytics Consultant you will be responsible for leading the analytics strategy. You will report to the Manager Analytics Implementations and will focus on acting as the principal technical authority mentoring both entry level consultants and staff consultants as well as translating complex data architectures into clear business value.
You will serve as the lead technical strategist and storyteller translating complex data solutions into clear executive-level narratives about business value and risk.
You will help design and oversee the end-to-end analytics strategy for our most complex clients.
You will act as the principal technical liaison between our team and senior client stakeholders fostering partnerships built on strategic guidance.
You will help support and mentor entry level and staff consultants teaching them not just the how of implementation but the why behind our consulting methodologies.
You will solve the toughest technical challenges acting as the final escalation point for complex debugging configuration and architectural issues.
Requirements:
You will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics with a proven track record of leading complex analytics implementation projects.
You will have an understanding of the consulting process able to influence senior stakeholders and help shape a clients long-term data strategy.
You will have an expert-level command of analytics implementation and data architecture used to solve complex challenges and foresee potential issues.
You will have proficiency with select platforms (e.g. Amplitude Adobe GA4) and their underlying technologies (JavaScript APIs SDKs).
You will have a passion for teaching and a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent.
Comfortable presenting findings and providing training on analytics tool usage
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with tag auditing tools such as Fiddler Charles ObservePoint etc.
Additional Information:
The annual salary range for this position is $68000-$110400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law.
