Your Impact:

The Software Engineer Professional will be a key member of the Automation team within Freddie Macs Internal Audit division. This role will collaborate with stakeholders to develop enhance and implement automation and workflows for Audit Methodology and Standards. The developer will be responsible for understanding and implementing requirements ensuring code quality and best practices and communicating progress and challenges appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent education and work experience. Work towards advanced studies/degree preferred

• 2-4 years of experience implementing workflows and complex solutions leveraging Appian BPM.

• 2 years of experience using DevOps (CI/CD) Jenkins GitHub Bitbucket Spinnaker Cucumber JS unit testing library.

• 2 years of experience in database technologies DB2 Snowflake Postgres etc.

• Strong prior hands-on experience with tools such as Java Spring boot APIs JFrog Artifactory Bitbucket and Kubernetes.

• Basic knowledge of Linux command-line tools and on-premises Appian set up.

• Familiar working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams including technical developers and business stakeholders.

• Strong writing and communication skills. Detail-driven with respect to documentation and able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
