Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking self-motivated and energetic individuals to join our supportive residential team in a part-time substitute capacity. Our 24/7 Residential Programs host individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Providing a therapeutic and stable environment in community and residential settings
- Implementing person-centered & strength-based interventions
- Transporting clients
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Medication administration
Ideal applicants have:
- Experience in residential programming or working with individuals with mental illness.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A genuine and compassionate personality
Candidates must:
- A valid drivers license and the ability to transport clients in personal vehicle.
This position offers the flexibility to work when it works for you as we have a variety of shifts that we are looking to find coverage for. Interested Apply today!

Hiring rate is based on experience education and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined in accordance with NCSS policy and applicable laws.
Qualifications
Associates Degree; or equivalent combination of related education training and experience such as relevant certificate from college or technical school.
