About the Role:
- Assist the Property Manager with management and maintenance of the HDB
Estates - Work with the team to attend and resolve residents feedback
- Work closely with Town Councilors Residents Grassroot Organizations and
other relevant government agencies - Supervise improvement and upgrading works
- Manage budget control / planning and arrears
- Carry out enforcement actions on common properties and open space by-
laws - Any other ad-hoc duties assign
About You:
- Proven track record as a PO or SPO in township management.
- Demonstrate positive service attitude and good track record of serving residents and grassroots organizations. Compliments received by residents or GRLs will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate and connect well with external stakeholders and internal customers.
- Demonstrate good teamwork and willing to assist new colleagues.
- Diploma in Building Building Maintenance/ Management Facilities Management or other approved qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
