The Position
Are you a stress-resistant multitasker who thrives in a well-organized office and an international work environment As our Admin & Office Assistant youll be the heart of our officeensuring smooth daily operations while also supporting HR and employee engagement initiatives.


This is a varied and hands-on role where your organizational skills and people-first mindset will truly shine.

Your Responsibilities

In this role youll combine two key areas of responsibility Office & Administrative Support and HR Administrative Support playing a central part in creating a smooth welcoming and well-functioning workplace.

Office & Administrative Support

  • Be the first point of contact for all internal office-related questions.
  • Welcome and assist visitors ensuring a professional and friendly reception.
  • Organize and support internal meetings and events including logistics catering and materials.
  • Take ownership of office management from A to Z: handle supplies coordinate with facility partners maintain filing systems and ensure a pleasant and efficient work environment.
  • Creating & follow-up purchase requisition for HR/Admin/IT team & do the necessary approval of invoices in SAP.

HR Administrative Support

  • Track and report on office attendance and absences.
  • Maintain and update internal communication boards and HR-related postings.
  • Support the administration of the company car fleet including documentation and follow-up.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new employees.
  • Help coordinate HR events training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Contribute ideas and support initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Your Profile

Your Profile

  • A couple of years experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to stay calm and focused when things get busy.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English both written and spoken.
  • A proactive solution-oriented approach you enjoy finding ways to make things run smoothly.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field (HR/Office management for ex) or equivalent through experience.
