About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at 3 Leaf Realty Inc. as a Customer Service Representative in the Real Estate this role you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting our agents in delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
- Assist clients with property inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate with agents to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus
Qualifications:
