GG Media is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. This role is essential for ensuring a seamless experience addressing client inquiries and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for client communication.
Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve client issues efficiently.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
