Job Summary
SALES & MEMBER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST (SALES ASSOCIATE)
- Provides an inspirational and motivational environment for all members
- Promotes and celebrates teamwork
- Provides team members hands-on-guidance - improving marketable skills across multiple areas of a business
Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color its an attitude)
- Following up on prospective clients
- Handling members concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
Mon - 3:00pm - 7:00pm
*shift might include 1 Saturday per month - will depend on business need

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism.
