Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with a strong technical background and extensive experience in advising clients on technology strategy and sourcing roadmap development process redesign & SAP/Oracle Supply Chain ERP transformation support. The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing clients supply chain technology needs building tech strategy & roadmaps working with clients & technical teams to translate business requirements and supporting ERP transformation PMO & change management efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the supply chain technology landscape processes & business requirements and technology strategy as well as functional implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on technology strategy roadmaps and change management efforts through ERP implementation engagements
Utilize broad SAP / Oracle functional experience to optimize SC processes; navigate SC modules and related business operations and processes
Identify cross-functional impact of point solutions (e.g. WMS TMS Planning etc.) and ensure seamless end-to-end processes & ERP integration
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Drive a workstream while supporting technical implementation of SAP / Oracle SC solutions
Analyze and identify process gaps develop custom design specifications to lead the solution design
Conduct / assist client workshops on process requirements and solution design / blueprinting
Support the design and architecture of the overall technology framework for implementations
Support implementation configurations testing training knowledge transfer and documentation activities
Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams and client teams
Ensure best practices and quality standards are followed across the engagement delivery
Travel may be for this role depending on client requirements
Education
Degrees/Field of Study : MBA / MTech or a Masters degree in a related field
Certifications
Certifications related to SAP / Oracle SCM modules (e.g. Advanced Planning & Optimization Forecasting & Replenishment Event Management Supply Network Collaboration)
Required Skills
Functional expertise in SAP / Oracle SCM
Supply chain domain experience
