Job Summary

We are thrilled to be building one of Canadas largest state-of-the-art Kia dealerships featuring the countrys first EV Canopy with 12 charging stationsa landmark development located in the new Niagara Auto Mall. Availability:Open - Monday to Saturday


Compensation: $40000 - $60000

What youll do:

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and care.
  • Write up repair orders explain maintenance and repair needs and provide accurate cost and time estimates.
  • Communicate effectively between customers technicians and the parts department to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Identify and source required parts verify availability and process orders accurately.
  • Follow up on service work to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia products warranties and service promotions.
  • Handle payments and close repair orders in accordance with dealership policies.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What were looking for:

  • 3 years of experience in automotive service advising and parts operations.
  • Kia or import brand experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A team player with excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Experience with PBS or other DMS software is an asset.
  • Valid Ontario Drivers License with a clean abstract.
