Job Summary

We are thrilled to be building one of Canadas largest state-of-the-art Kia dealerships featuring the countrys first EV Canopy with 12 charging stationsa landmark development located in the new Niagara Auto Mall. Availability:Open - Monday to Saturday

Compensation: $40000 - $60000

What youll do:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and care.
Write up repair orders explain maintenance and repair needs and provide accurate cost and time estimates.
Communicate effectively between customers technicians and the parts department to ensure smooth workflow.
Identify and source required parts verify availability and process orders accurately.
Follow up on service work to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia products warranties and service promotions.
Handle payments and close repair orders in accordance with dealership policies.
Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
Other duties as assigned.

What were looking for:

3 years of experience in automotive service advising and parts operations.
Kia or import brand experience is an asset.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A team player with excellent customer service skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Experience with PBS or other DMS software is an asset.
Valid Ontario Drivers License with a clean abstract.
