Position Overview:
We are seeking qualified and dedicated Paramedical Professionals with a Diploma in Emergency Medical Technician (DEMT) or Diploma in Emergency Medicine (DEM) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering immediate and effective medical assistance in emergency situations supporting doctors and nurses in clinical settings and ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide efficient pre-hospital emergency care.
Assess patient condition perform triage and administer appropriate first aid or emergency procedures.
Assist in stabilizing patients and ensuring safe transportation to medical facilities.
Monitor vital signs and report observations to attending physicians or emergency room staff.
Support clinical duties such as wound dressing IV insertion and patient monitoring.
Maintain and operate emergency equipment (defibrillators oxygen cylinders stretchers etc.).
Ensure timely documentation of patient condition interventions performed and treatment provided.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the ambulance and medical kits.
Follow all healthcare protocols safety regulations and infection control measures.
Diploma in Emergency Medical Technician (DEMT) or Diploma in Emergency Medicine (DEM) from a recognized institute.
Valid certification from a reputed paramedical council or training body.
BLS (Basic Life Support) and/or ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of emergency procedures and trauma care.
Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure and quick decision-making.
Basic proficiency in operating medical equipment and tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical fitness and mental alertness to work in rotational shifts and during emergencies.
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with doctors nurses and other healthcare staff.
