Job Summary

Join a leading global travel management corporate card and expense management company as a Senior B2B Travel Agent. In this role youll provide exceptional customer support to business travelers worldwide ensuring smooth efficient and enjoyable travel experiences while helping clients handle even the most complex itineraries.

Your Responsibilities

Assist business travelers with best-in-class personalized service and expert travel guidance
Resolve travel and tech-related issues including last-minute changes and emergency situations
Stay updated on travel platforms airline policies and industry trends
Collaborate across international teams to deliver seamless support
Provide valuable feedback to product and engineering teams for process improvement
Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)

Your Profile

Native or fluent in English (C1) both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer service ideally within the travel or hospitality industry
Proficient with GDS systems such as Sabre Amadeus or Galileo (mandatory)
Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
Comfortable using tools like Gmail Zendesk Slack and Salesforce
Flexible to work rotating shifts (MonSun 07:0022:00)
