We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Partner & Client Services Manager to lead daily operations across the Portuguese Spanish and Italian markets within the life insurance sector. The successful candidate will oversee a team of case managers and ensure the highest quality of partner and client service delivery across key European markets.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multilingual team of case managers fostering collaboration accountability and proactive client engagement.
- Oversee daily operations related to life insurance contracts under the free provision of services (LPS) framework.
- Coordinate closely with senior management to align global and local operational goals.
- Ensure smooth cooperation between middle-office (relationship management) and back-office (administrative) functions.
- Collaborate with commercial and sales support teams to ensure high-quality follow-up on partner and client requests.
- Monitor KPIs analyse performance trends and propose corrective actions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct quality control checks (four-eyes reviews) and validate key operations.
- Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of client data within the database.
- Identify and implement process improvements integrating digital tools to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
- Promote a proactive problem-solving culture focused on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Support onboarding training and skills development of team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in team management or case management within the life insurance (LPS) sector.
- Strong knowledge of operations administration and client servicing processes related to life insurance contracts.
- Proven leadership organizational and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (native or bilingual) French (fluent) and English and Spanish (professional working level).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new systems and digital tools.
- University degree (minimum Bachelors level) required.
