- Job Title: Head of Drama (with Teaching Responsibility)
- Contract: Permanent Full-Time
- Start Date: January 2026
- Salary: Paid on the Main/Upper Teachers Pay Scales (MPS/UPS) plus a significant TLR.
- The Role: The teacher will lead and manage the Drama department delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 4 (GCSE) and 5 (A-Level). They will direct school productions manage the budget and oversee curriculum development.
Requirements
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has the right to work in the UK.
- Possesses substantial experience teaching and leading Drama at KS3/4/5.
