The Cyprus Partnerships team
As a Partnerships Manager for Cyprus you will be at the heart of our growth strategy.
This position will be based in Paphos to cover the region but with occasional travel to other cities to build and nurture deep long-term partnerships with real estate agents lawyers and other key stakeholders in the property market.
In a nutshell
We are looking for candidates with knowledge of the local market and proven hands-on experience working with real estate professionals developing trusted long-standing business relationships.
You will work closely with local partners supporting their clients throughout the property transaction process ensuring Lumon becomes a valued and indispensable partner in their business.
Your day to day will be the following
- Build and maintain trust-based long-term relationships with real estate agents and legal professionals in the Paphos region.
- Pro-actively manage the end-to-end sales cycle and progress a pipeline of new opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor and hands-on partner not just a sales contact.
- Develop a network of advocates who rely on Lumon as part of their daily property transactions.
- Educate on how Lumons services can simplify international property purchases and closings while supporting the collaborative relationship-driven nature of their work.
You should apply if you have:
- Experience in business development sales or partnership roles with a focus on relationship management.
- Good understanding of the local real estate landscape. An established network with legal professionals and real estate agents is highly desirable.
- Successful track record of identifying engaging and developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationship
- You are fluent in both Spanish and English
- You excel at building long-term trusted business relationships through genuine collaboration and shared success.
- You thrive in a role that requires you to be on the ground working alongside clients face-to-face.
- Experience working with international buyers and cross-border property transactions is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Great work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
The interview process
Our interview process involves 3 main stages. We promise not to ask you any brain teasers or trick questions!
- Up to 30 minute with our talent team (Call/video)
- 30 minute call with hiring manager(Video)
- 1 task which will be presented at the final stage
- 1-hour video calls or onsite depending on location with team members
