Job Summary
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Turkish speaking Quality Control Specialist for their Gaming studios in Sofia Bulgaria.
Position: Quality Control Specialist
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct real-time product evaluations to ensure compliance with established quality standards
- Monitor the performance of on-screen personnel to uphold service and presentation guidelines
- Identify and report quality issues or deviations to relevant departments for corrective action
- Perform routine checks to ensure proper functioning of technical equipment used in live operations
- Adhere to and support enforcement of internal quality assurance policies and procedures
- Continuously monitor live services or products to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Turkish(C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
- Experience working with live broadcast media or digital content technology
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational background
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and operational regulations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues
- Proficient with PC tools and systems including Microsoft 365 and related software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
