Fast forward 13 years we now have 28 stores globally pioneering in everything we do from our products to our in store experience. Were looking for talented team to be a part of our journey as we open our doors to our first ever store in LA.

The Tattoo Artist Mission:

As our first Tattoo-Artist in LA you will be at the forefront of an exciting new chapter in A&Ms journey helping to shape our presence in one of the most vibrant and influential markets in the world. Were more than a tattoo studio were a creative movement shaping the future of body art and self-expression. As an artist and storyteller youll inspire and create unforgettable tattoo experiences through your craft with the customer at the heart of every moment.

How youll drive success:

You truly Host from the Heart radiating warmth being fully present taking ownership of every interaction and bringing intention to the smallest moments. Youll create a space where every individual and customer feels genuinely seen valued and cared for
Youll be the heartbeat of the customer experience. From the first conversation to the final reveal youll guide each customer on a meaningful unforgettable journey. You listen with empathy communicate with clarity and make every step of the process feel purposeful and memorable
You will hold space with compassion understanding that tattooing can be emotional and symbolic. You bring sensitivity and steadiness to more vulnerable or sentimental moments helping customers feel safe supported and empowered
Shine as a leader on the shop floor sharing your tattooing expertise and passion with both customers and your team inspiring trust and elevating the energy around you
Champion safety and excellence taking full ownership of the cleanliness and hygiene of your studio while proactively managing and maintaining tattooing supplies to the highest standard

What youll need to thrive:

You have at least 2 years experience tattooing in a studio and are looking to take the next step in your journey
A values champion and brand ambassador our values resonate deeply with you
You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you
Youre always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
Youre able to stay grounded during more difficult and sensitive interactions always leading with empathy

Portfolio Approval - our Tattoo Mentor will review your portfolio
Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better asking questions inspired by our three core values
Interview with Store Manager - a 30 min video call for you to meet your Store Manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
In-Store Technical Interview - youll meet our Tattoo Mentor for a Studio Set-Up & fake skin tattoo
