Location: Remote (Open WW)
Compensation: $1500$2400 USD/month

About the RoleWere seeking a detail-oriented proactive Project Coordinator to join a fast-growing painting services company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service-driven environment and loves keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
Youll be at the heart of operations coordinating schedules communicating with clients and ensuring that every project begins seamlessly and runs without a hitch.
Because this is a client-facing role that involves regular phone and video communication with U.S.-based clients were looking for someone with clear neutral English communication skills and a professional confident phone presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone and email communication ensuring timely and professional client interaction.
- Coordinate with clients vendors and internal teams to set up and support ongoing projects.
- Oversee the production inbox and respond promptly to operational needs.
- Track project milestones and maintain accurate updates in project management tools.
- Create manage and distribute key documentation including work orders schedules and client updates.
- Serve as the main client contact prior to project launch then transition communication to the project manager.
- Schedule and confirm projects ensuring all materials resources and personnel are in place.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition projects smoothly from proposal to production.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues quickly to avoid delays.
- Perform final quality assurance checks on project data and documents prior to kickoff.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator (preferably in construction contracting or field services).
- 2 years of scheduling experience with multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent command of English with a neutral client-friendly tone for phone and video interactions.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working within project management and scheduling tools.
