Company Overview:

We are a new and innovative CTV OS challenging the status quo by working with a market-leading OEM to provide content discovery for streaming platforms as well as integrating FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV channels. We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead the design development and delivery of data-driven insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the company. Reporting directly to the COO and as part of the Business Support Team this role will play a critical part in building a strong analytical foundation enabling informed business decisions and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on comfortable managing data infrastructure and analytics tools while also translating business needs into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and maintain the companys BI strategy ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Oversee data collection management and governance to guarantee accuracy consistency and accessibility.

  • Partner with IT and other teams to improve data architecture and reporting systems.

• Business Insights & Reporting

  • Translate business requirements into clear data models dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Deliver regular business performance reports to the COO and leadership team identifying trends opportunities and risks.

  • Lead the design and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and management dashboards across departments.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a strategic partner to Finance Sales Operations and Product teams ensuring alignment between business objectives and data insights.

  • Support business reviews forecasting processes and performance tracking initiatives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities and automation possibilities.

  • Drive adoption of BI tools and data literacy across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Economics Computer Science Data Analytics or related field.

• 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence Data Analytics or a similar role.

• Proven experience implementing and managing BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Looker or similar).

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

• Experience working cross-functionally and supporting senior leadership in decision-making.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of simplifying complex data for non-technical audiences.

• Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge; familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus.
