About the Role

Were looking for a CX Ops Specialist to join our growing CX Ops team (Revenue Operations focused).

Youll play a critical role in designing building and maintaining automation systems across all the Customer Experience team (Onboarding Account Management Customer Support Retention and Expansion Consultancy etc).

This includes working with tools like HubSpot and Zapier collaborating with stakeholders across the revenue funnel and supporting the development of scalable cross-functional processes.

This role is perfect for someone structured hands-on and curious someone who loves to solve operational puzzles understands the impact of automations and business growth and thrives in fast-paced environments.

What Youll Do

  • Execute high-impact automation projects across CX powering the scalability of our CX engine

  • Work on fast-paced innovative initiatives leveraging the latest technology including AI-powered tools smart integrations and automation orchestration platforms

  • Design build and optimize workflows using HubSpot Zapier and other platforms driving real-time impact on customer journeys and more

  • Integrate third-party systems into our ecosystem ensuring seamless data flow and logic across the RevOps tech stack

  • Evaluate assess and negotiate with key vendors contributing to our tech strategy and tooling roadmap

  • Monitor automation performance troubleshoot issues and own continuous improvement with a focus on scalability and resilience

  • Regularly report progress and results directly to Directors and VPs gaining high visibility across the organization

  • Co-develop our internal CX playbook processes and documentation to scale best practices across teams

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps Data and Finance teams to align automation efforts with business goals

What Were Looking For

  • 23 years of experience in a RevOps Marketing Ops Sales Ops or CX Ops environment

  • Proficiency with HubSpot youve built and optimized automations in both

  • Basic knowledge of APIs webhooks or tools like Make or Zapier

  • Strong logical thinking attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving

  • Curiosity about the why behind automation not just the how

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high stakeholder context-switching

  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to jump into hands-on execution

  • Clear communication skills both in writing and verbally to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams (English and Spanish)

Nice To Have

  • Advanced knowledge of APIs webhooks or tools like Postman or Make

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS company

  • Understanding of cross-functional GTM processes (e.g. lead lifecycle deal routing customer onboarding)

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira Notion or Asana for project and workflow management

  • Familiarity with JavaScript (or similar scripting language) to create custom-coded workflows or automation logic when needed
