About the Role -
Step Into the Action. Learn Lead and Grow with Indias Fastest-Growing Sports Movement. Were looking for energetic hands-on Venue Interns to support daily operations at our Padel & Pickleball clubs. If you love sports thrive in dynamic environments and want to learn how great sports venues are run this is your arena.

Your Mission -

Be the right hand to the Club Manager ensuring smooth operations amazing player experiences and high-energy club days.

Youll learn everything from court management and customer handling to event coordination and tech-based scheduling on Pi Play.

Operational Support:

• Assist in managing bookings check-ins rentals and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain world-class court conditions and ensure the club looks picture-perfect at all times.
• Track attendance rainouts and feedback while keeping the venue audit-ready.

Team & Leadership:

• Support the Club Manager in coordinating housekeeping and on-ground staff.
• Lead small initiatives weekend events player sign-ups or coaching support.
• Build leadership skills through hands-on learning daily huddles and team communication.
  

Business Learning:

• Understand how club revenues are driven through bookings coaching and events.
• Learn to track performance metrics and create simple daily reports.
• Brainstorm local ideas to boost player engagement and visibility.
  

Marketing & Events:

• Help plan and execute tournaments leagues and corporate activations.
• Capture photos videos and stories to showcase the clubs energy on social media.
• Engage with players and promote upcoming sessions and offers.
  

Player Experience:

• Welcome and guide players with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Help first-timers feel comfortable and convert them into regulars.
• Manage local WhatsApp groups and ensure updates reach players smoothly.
  

Who You Are -

• Student or recent graduate passionate about sports and community.
• Energetic reliable and great with people.
• Comfortable using tech tools apps and spreadsheets.
• A team player who learns fast and takes initiative.
