What youll do at Sol:

• Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients

• Recognize areas of strength and improvement within the Scrum Team; use appropriate coaching/development techniques to ensure team performance

• Manage risks to delivery by raising and resolving team impediments as they arise

• Facilitate and support all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective

• Create and maintain the necessary tools for open communication with the Scrum Team (e.g. dashboards tracker boards etc.).

• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (capacity burndown velocity charts etc.)

• Act as a champion of Agile practices within our client organizations

What were looking for:

• 5 years of experience in one or more Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban Lean XP TDD CI)

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT Computer Science Engineering or another related field

• Expertise as an Agile trainer/educator

• Proficient in refinement story splitting estimation velocity retrospective and other Scrum techniques

• JIRA experience ideally as an administrator

• Experience leading distributed/virtual teams

• Strong analytical and communication skills
