Accounts Assistant / Administrator Tourism Marketing and Management Company Hazyview
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join a well-established tourism marketing and management company based in Hazyview. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong administrative and financial skills looking to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day accounting functions including invoicing reconciliations and data entry.
Support the finance department with accounts payable and receivable processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
Assist in preparing reports budgets and financial summaries as required.
Handle correspondence manage office supplies and ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role preferably within the tourism or hospitality sector.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A professional and proactive approach to all tasks.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
