Now Hiring: Automotive Sales Manager Domestic Brand Experience Required
Location:Melloy Auto Group Los Lunas New Mexico
Are you a motivated experienced Automotive Sales Manager with a passion for domestic vehicles and a track record of growing successful sales teams Are you currently in Automotive Sales and looking for a way to move up Melloy Auto Group one of New Mexicos most respected and established automotive groups is looking for a dynamic leader to join our team in Los Lunas.
Responsibilities:
Lead train and motivate a team of sales professionals across multiple domestic brands (Chevrolet Dodge RAM Ford etc.)
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed dealership goals
Drive customer satisfaction through strong leadership process improvement and accountability
Collaborate with the GSM and dealer principals on inventory management advertising strategy and customer retention
Monitor and manage CRM usage sales follow-up desking and deal structure to ensure profitability and compliance
Foster a team culture that promotes integrity productivity and customer-first thinking
Requirements:
Prefer 3 years of proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (preferably withChevy Ford or Mopar brands) but will consider current automotive sales professionals with a desire to move up to a Sales Manager position.
Strong leadership and people development skills
Deep understanding of desking deals CRM OEM programs and compliance requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
