Job Summary
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time RN Case Manager - Weeknights On-Callposition in the Kingwood area.
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse On-Call nights position includes the followingjob duties: Admissions Discharges and the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required. This position is an on-call night position with the following work hours:Monday - Thursday; from 5:00pm - 8:00am.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN in the State of Texas - required
- 1yearsexperience as a RN - preferred
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- The ability to travel usingreliable transportation
- Clean backgrounddrug screen and driving record
Work Hours:
- Monday - Thursday; from 5:00pm - 8:00am
