Description HPC-Industrial powered by Clean Harbors is seeking a Hydroblasting Foreman to join our safety-conscious team. This position is responsible for supervising and participating in industrial cleaning and hydroblasting operations at customer sites. The Foreman ensures that all work is performed safely efficiently and in compliance with company and customer requirements.
The Hydroblasting Foreman serves as the on-site leader coordinating crews inspecting work areas maintaining equipment readiness and communicating directly with clients and project managers to meet operational goals. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead and direct hydroblasting crews during on-site industrial cleaning projects
- Perform hands-on operation of high-pressure hydroblasting and vacuum equipment
- Ensure compliance with all HPC-Industrial and customer safety policies and procedures
- Conduct pre-job inspections safety meetings and hazard assessments
- Verify that proper PPE and tools are available and used correctly
- Communicate job status needs and challenges with project managers and clients
- Perform equipment inspections routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed
- Train and mentor new technicians on safe work practices and job procedures
- Complete required documentation including JSAs permits and service reports
- Drive a culture of accountability teamwork and operational excellence
QualificationsQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 2 years of hydroblasting or industrial services experience
- Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
- OSHA certification may be required for specific sites
- Must be knowledgeable in emergency response procedures and equipment (e.g. fire extinguishers)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs work in confined spaces and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication leadership and safety awareness skills
