The opportunity
We are looking for aGlobal Manager for Sales & Orderwithin GI Valves responsible for all tendering and order for SVC - and HVDC valves. This role involves leading tender managers as well as order handlers coordinating with various customers and stakeholders ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving towards business goals.
This role is fundamental in driving the operational and financial performance of the business to ensure we deliver our tenders as per scope budget and on time. Equally important you are a part of transforming the business model from a project approach to a product model to scale the business empower teams and drive operational excellence. This transformation is fundamental to our success in this fast-growing market and a strong capability of leading changes will be a success factor in this role.
This role involves leading a team of people with different roles in Sales & Order coordinating with various stakeholders ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving the business side of GI Valves. This role is fundamental in driving the Tendering and Order handling.
