In this role you will:
Lead monthly S&OP process to drive alignment between Product Management Finance and Sales on an unconstrained demand plan
Develop a SKU level demand plan that supports financial objectives
Maintain clear communication with supply planning and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels balancing supply with anticipated demand to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory
Collaborate with Product Management Project Management and NPI teams on NPI launches to define key considerations and milestone dates related to Supply Chain to ensure launch date readiness for new product and minimal inventory exposure on phase out product
Conduct regular demand planning reviews and provide insightful analysis identifying risks opportunities and potential areas for improvement
Monitor backlog and provide recommendations on options to fulfill customer demand
Be accountable to ensure MRP drive is accurate and in accordance with the plan
Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with external parties cross-functional teams and present complex ideas to stakeholders
Proven track record of successfully managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends
Forecasting and Statistical Analysis skills required
Proficiency in utilizing advanced Excel functions is highly desirable
Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
Target Base Salary Range: $75000 - $140000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
