ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our Studio Operations team as an Assistant Producer for a 6 month this role you will enable the brands vision by assisting in the delivery of photographic projects that align to the brand DNA and which engages our customers to drive sales.

You will support our Creative Producer and the Cotton On Creative teams in arranging travel accommodation and transportation for crew and talent along with coordinating the rental of props equipment and other necessary equipment.

You will assist in the planning and scheduling of photographic shoots including the creation of call sheets and timelines. On set you will ensure the smooth execution of production and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated experience working in a studio/production team
Education / qualification in Styling/Photography is highly regarded
Proven experience in an administration role with some project management skills
Experience liaising with key stakeholders to deliver on project briefs and expectations
Ability to manage deadlines and time estimates
An understanding of budgets with ability to manage expenses
