The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our Compliance team in North Charleston South Carolina on Variable Shift!
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues supporting specific operations
Conduct assessments of processes and practices against applicable standards and criteria
Provide limited feedback on assessment results
Support the organization in implementing strategies and plans
Partner with 787 Manufacturing Safety Team members as needed
Facilitate compliance-related BPSMs and RSPSs for assigned areas
Facilitate assessments using the PASA system
Understand relevant policies processes procedures BPS criteria and expectations
Compile and report compliance assessments using EPES and program standard processes
Support Focal meetings (e.g. 5S Steering Team Tool Management Steering Team) through facilitation or attendance
Support emergent compliance projects as requested by leadership
Analyze and interpret data; provide feedback on assessment results
Work with organizations to develop strategies plans and metrics using Lean methodologies or other tools
Independently compile the QMR deck
Administer EPES
Support the 787 Program 5S plan including attending as a Non-Advocate at least once annually
Maintain Sweep process and relevant files
Maintain team Standard Work Document
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience with statistical analysis as well as data analytics techniques for large data sets
1 years of experience in manufacturing operations
1 years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans schedules or solutions
1 years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Quality or experience in a regulated industry
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Familiarity with 787 Program manufacturing processes and safety standards
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement methodology
Experience and familiarity with production operating systems and environment
3 years of experience leading and working cross functional teams
