Job Summary
The role involves development and execution of validation and characterization methodologies for Apples touch solutions from proof-of-concept to mass production.
- Minimum requirement of a bachelors degree
- Strong electrical engineering background in analog/mixed-signal testing methodologies or prior industry experience in owning validation/test efforts on products
- MS / PhD with 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Multi disciplinary understanding of EE ME and Physics principles
- High proficiency in software and algorithm prototyping/analysis using scripting languages like Matlab/Python
- Willingness to wear multiple hats go beyond normal Roles and Responsibilities to dive deep in to an issue including ability to breakdown an existing Algorithm to enhance understanding
- Experience in HW prototyping Design of Experiments (DoE) FA/CA (Failure Analysis / Corrective Action)
- Proficient in data visualization and statistical analysis tools such as Tableau SpotFire JMP Python or Matlab or similar
- Excellent project management skills written/verbal communication skills and solid people skills
- Experience with touch technology
