Technica LLC seeks to recruit for Maintenance Supervisors on a Government contract with multiple locations within the West and Southwest US. These positions are contingent upon contract award with anticipated performance starting in the First Quarter of 2026.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides supervision for contracted employees assigned to and in support of maintenance operations servicing and repairing various types of equipment in order to expedite displacement for redistribution/divesture.
Expected Qualifications:
Minimum of five years documented leadership experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations policies procedures and instructions in assigned area of responsibility.
Comprehensive knowledge of all installed product software at the user/operator level and automated data processing policies and procedures as they pertain to assigned equipment which will allow the contractor to solve and/or contact appropriate technical support to resolve any problem associated with these systems.
Ability to provide information and reports resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to customers.
Skills in verbal and written communications to conduct meetings execute plans and prepare reports plans and working instructions.
Standard Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident for more than 3 years for CAC/ NACI eligibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 18 years of age.
- Valid state drivers license.
- Must be able to read write and speak English.
- Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. As well as stoop kneel bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
- Be able to pick up and move items within a 49-lb restriction.
- Be capable of climbing and working on equipment at 10 feet above ground limit.
- Be capable of using and understanding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must be able to work in a team environment or alone including working in hot dusty windy areas for prolong time periods.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks related to the position.
