[INTERN] Music Streaming Development

The Intern Music Streaming Development role drives creator monetization and growth by specializing in the digital music ecosystem. You will manage the entire music lifecycle: from uploading tracks and executing strategic pitching campaigns across major streaming platforms to analyzing performance data to fuel creator strategy. This role requires an agile AI-open and data-focused professional ready to leverage basic video editing skills to integrate music into the creators content and unlock borderless opportunities.

What Youll Do

Music Streaming Upload & Distribution:

• Manage the complete end-to-end process of uploading and distributing original music tracks from network creators to global streaming platforms (e.g. Spotify Apple Music YouTube Music etc.).
• Ensure all metadata artwork and licensing information are accurate and compliant with platform standards.

Music Streaming Pitching & Promotion:

• Develop and execute pitching strategies to secure placements for creator songs on official and high-reach playlists by engaging with streaming platform editors and curators.
• Collaborate with the Creator Growth team to create cross-platform promotion plans linking music releases with social media and video content.

Collect Music Streaming Data & Analysis:

• Collect compile and analyze music performance data (streams monthly listeners geography playlist reach revenue) to evaluate success and identify growth opportunities.
• Generate performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to creators to maximize their music streaming growth and earnings.

Video Editing (Beginner Level) & Content Support:

• Perform Video Editing (beginner level) tasks for music-related promotional materials (e.g. short-form content for TikTok/Shorts) as needed.
• Support team members in developing a cohesive Content Strategy that effectively integrates new music releases across the creators digital channels.

Who You Are

• Proven experience or deep understanding of the Music Industry Music Streaming or Creator/MCN ecosystems is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Music Distribution platforms (e.g. DistroKid TuneCore etc.) or Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Skilled in basic Video Editing (e.g. CapCut VN or similar software) to support content creation.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management tools (e.g. Google Sheets Microsoft Excel).
• Open-minded for any learning & Open to AI: Enthusiastic about continuous learning and proactively adopting AI tools to enhance work efficiency and innovation.
• Positive Mindset: Possesses a positive can-do attitude and strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
