We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Full-Stack Engineer with proficiency in React React Native Dart/Flutter MongoDB and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in building robust scalable and universal applications using modern technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design solution and application architecture diagrams.
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React React Native Flutter and ensuring smooth user experiences and high performance.
• Implement server-side functionalities and APIs using and to support backend requirements.
• Design optimize and maintain database schemas in MongoDB and PostgreSQL for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot debug and optimize applications addressing performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and incorporate innovative technologies into development processes.

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React React Native MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and implementing server-side logic with knowledge of mobile development using Dart/Flutter.
• Experience in database design and working with NoSQL databases (DocumentDB or similar).
• Familiarity with version control systems preferably Git/GitHub.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and UX/UI principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to lead technical deliveries work effectively with peers DevOps and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud for application deployment and management.
• Knowledge of TypeScript for writing maintainable and type-safe code.
