This role is in support of Cencoras wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.
Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Porter to join our team in this role you will be responsible for the safe unloading sorting and distribution of goods ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations in support of Cencoras wholesale distribution services in Europe.
Location: Belfast BT3
Employment Type: 39 hours per week Dayshift Monday-Friday
Rate of Pay: 12.54 per hour
Principal Responsibilities:
Safely unload and reload trunkers.
Transfer loads to the dispatch bay securely.
Sort and distribute orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure proper distribution and storage of trays/bins.
Adhere to checking-off procedures meticulously.
Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance.
Be aware of damages and follow proper procedures.
Understand productivity metrics and their importance.
Ensure security protocols are followed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Knowledge Skills & Experience:
Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Good visual accuracy numeracy and communication skills.
Commitment to working in a hazard-free world-class health and safety environment.
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not essential.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
