About the role:

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to own and scale Monte Carlos demand and growth channels; spanning events paid media webinars social email analyst relations (AR) and public relations (PR). This is a rare opportunity to lead a portfolio that blends both pipeline-driving demand programs and awareness-building amplification channels. Outside of the CMO role few positions offer this breadth of ownership and impact. You will be responsible for ensuring Monte Carlo shows up in each key market conversation balancing strategic narrative amplification with measurable pipeline growth. The role requires a unique combination of strategic vision creative instincts and operational rigor and offers an exceptional career path for a demand generation leader ready to expand into broader growth leadership.

Heres what youll be doing:

  • Design and execute an integrated cross-channel marketing plan that ensures Monte Carlo shows up in key conversations around Data AI Observability.

  • Own channel budgets optimize spend and measure ROI to maximize reach and efficiency.

  • Lead bold creative initiatives that break through the noise and put Monte Carlo in the top consideration set.

  • Establish a culture of data-driven experimentation testing and continuous improvement in campaign design and execution.

  • Build manage and mentor a high-performing team; oversee agencies and contractors as needed.

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing Sales and SDRs to ensure alignment between narrative amplification and pipeline growth.

Were excited about you because you have:

  • 12 years of B2B marketing experience with 5 years in demand generation leadership.

  • Demonstrated success scaling demand gen organizations and building repeatable growth engines.

  • Proven experience developing strong partnerships with sales and SDR teams to drive pipeline growth.

  • A track record of running integrated multi-channel campaigns that combine demand programs with brand amplification (events PR/AR paid social email).

  • Deep expertise in pipeline forecasting revenue attribution and performance reporting.

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and align demand strategy with company priorities.

  • Strong background in SaaS or technology with global go-to-market experience.

You Stand Out If You Have:

  • Experience in both sales led and product led motions.

  • Have built systems and processes for operating a demand function at scale.

  • Have a strong understanding and relationship with executing events.

  • Creative instincts with a bias for bold market-shaping ideas.
