Job Summary
Our client a global healthcare company is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst with extensive experience in Qlik to support data-driven decision-making across global operations. The role involves designing building and maintaining advanced dashboards and reporting solutions to ensure accuracy visibility and alignment with key business metrics. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring timely delivery of insights that drive operational and strategic improvements.
This is a contractual position through the end of 2026 with a likelihood of extension. The client prefers that the candidate to be nearby the greater San Francisco area but they will consider all profiles from the Pacific and Mountain time zones
The Role:
- Design develop and optimize Qlik dashboards and data models
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data needs into interactive reports
- Ensure high data accuracy consistency and security across reporting systems
- Lead initiatives to automate and enhance existing reporting processes
- Handle business intelligence UX/UI ETL data extraction data modeling security and performance management tasks
- Provide insights and recommendations for operational and strategic improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BI best practices
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in reporting analytics or BI roles
- Strong expertise in QlikView/Qlik Sense SQL and data modeling
- Must have experience with Replicate and compose
- Hands-on experience with ETL data extraction and dashboard performance tuning
- Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior consulting or cross-functional stakeholder engagement experience is a plus
Required Skills:
5 years of experience in reporting analytics or BI roles Strong expertise in QlikView/Qlik Sense SQL and data modeling Hands-on experience with ETL data extraction and dashboard performance tuning Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills Prior consulting or cross-functional stakeholder engagement experience is a plus
