What Youll Do
As a Part-Time Cold Caller / Lead Generator you will be responsible for initiating and managing outreach to potential business clients introducing service offerings and securing qualified appointments. Youll use provided tools scripts and CRM systems to track leads record interactions and measure performance.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential business leads across assigned markets using VoIP or dialer tools.
Confidently present service offerings and generate interest through clear value-based conversations.
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos.
Research target industries companies and decision-makers to identify high-potential leads.
Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of prospective clients through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls outcomes and client information in the CRM.
Use lead-sourcing platforms to find and verify contact information.
Follow communication scripts objection-handling techniques and lead qualification criteria.
Provide regular progress reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Requirements
- A bachelors degree in Sales Marketing or a related field is not required but preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear professional speaking tone.
- Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration if you were to support Sozoroad directly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to team needs if you were to be deployed elsewhere.
- Prior experience in cold calling telemarketing or B2B lead generation.
- Familiarity with common CRM and calling tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce GoHighLevel Pipedrive Zoho Aircall RingCentral Lusha or ZoomInfo ).
- Confidence in engaging decision-makers and overcoming objections.
- Experience in building and managing lead lists verifying data accuracy and segmenting contacts based on buyer profiles.
- Ability to identify market trends and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
- Understanding of sales funnels lead qualification stages and conversion metrics.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs such as call volume conversion rate and qualified appointments set.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and disciplined in following processes.
- Reliable computer internet connection and headset for online calling.
