Proven experience in operations management and leadership is essential.
Strategic Thinking: Has the ability to develop long-term plans and strategies for business success.
Problem-Solving: Has the capacity to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Analytical Skills: Has the ability to analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Can work part-time EST hours
Has strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.

-Main liaison between the company and its clients focusing on setting up and nurturing long-term relationships ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth. -Strategic Planning: Work with the clients to understand their needs develop and implement strategies for business growth and sustainability while keeping in mind maximizing the support available through their Smart VAs Team. -Project Management: Plan and execute projects set deadlines assign tasks and ensure successful completion by coordinating with the Operations Team and providing solutions to problems. -Metrics & Performance Tracking: Establish and track key performance metrics evaluate insights and adapt plans to keep the business aligned with its goals. -Identifying new business opportunities within their assigned accounts.
